CLASSIC DRY GIN
SANSHO SODA
45ml Nozawa Onsen CLASSIC DRY gin
15ml SANSHO SYRUP※
15ml Lemon Juice
Stir with ice in a Collins glass, top with soda water. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon.
※SANSHO SYRUP
Pour boiling water over sugar and stir to dissolve. Once sugar is dissolved add sansho and lit sit for 15 minutes. Strain through a tea strainer into glass bottles. Good for 3 months.
CLASSIC DRY MARTINI
45ml Nozawa Onsen CLASSIC DRY gin
Pour gin into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled martini cocktail glass washed with Dolin Dry Vermouth. Garnish with lemon peel.
IWAI GIN
IWAI + UMESHU HIGHBALL
45ml Nozawa Onsen IWAI Gin
30ml Joto Umeshu “The Plum One”
Stir ingredients with ice in a Collins glass, top with soda water. Garnish with a dehydrated apple.
IWAI APPLE SOUR
45ml Nozawa Onsen IWAI Gin
20ml Green Apple Juice
20ml Aquafaba
10ml Simple Syrup
4 Dash bitters
Add ingredients to cocktail shaker and dry shake until frothy. Add ice and shake once more to cool. Strain and serve up in a coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated apple.
